What You Are Agreeing To

Appointment of Agent
You appoint BTB Innovations as your exclusive dispatch agent. We locate, analyze, and negotiate freight on your behalf under your active operating authority.
Why exclusive? We plan your entire week at once, stacking lanes so your Hours of Service clock holds and the truck ends each load where the next one starts. That only works if we know where your truck is every day. If a broker calls you direct with something good, send it to us — we'll price it against your floor and build it into the week. You keep the relationship; we keep the plan intact.
Carrier of Record
You remain the sole motor carrier of record on every single load moved. All liability, compliance, and operational execution remain under your authority.
Non-Broker Status
We operate strictly as a dispatch service, not a freight broker. We never take legal possession of freight. We are compensated directly by you, never by the broker or shipper.
Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA)
A separate Limited Power of Attorney document will be sent to you digitally for formal signature. This grants us legal authorization to sign rate confirmations in your name and submit your carrier packets to brokers. You maintain the right to revoke this authorization at any time via written notice.
